Villa Messina is in a privileged zone, not far away from the natural reserves of Ciane and Vendicari, at 300 metres form the sea and with a very nice view (Ortigia island). The farm is a typical building of the Ionic coast. It is dipped in a quiet oasis for 100 hectares between cereal cultivations and olive trees from which we get fine oil. We produce cereal, capers, olives, fresh cheese and we sell directly the delicious homemade jam. You can buy all the different products that the farm offers you.

From the Catania airport going long the motorway Catania-Siaracusa; from the state road 115, direction Avola, getting onto Via Sacramento. From the bus stop you can take the bus line no. 23 direction Sacramento (island) or even from the train station with the simple bus.

The farm offers hospitality in an architectonic building dated the end of '700 the beginning of '800, renovated in 1900 provided with antique furniture alternating with modern style. Available for the guests there are 20 beds arranged in 6 indipendent rooms, provided of heater and furnished with a good taste. There is a common room as reception and amuzement of the guests. The farm is open all the year and you can stay even just for one night. You can also bring domestic animals.

Long Ciane river it is possible to make horse-rides, we organize as well boats tours in the near archaeological environments. You can attend ceramics courses or visit the show of terracotta typical of this area.

The cuisine offers typical menù with meat, vegetables and fish, everything gladden with delicious cakes.

In about 15 km you may visit the Cavagrande lakes, in 20 km the city of Noto well known in the world for its baroque style. Finally, in 25 km the Pantalica necropolis.
