By car, from the SS 113 Messina-Palermo state road,
at 160.700 km along the road, take the SP 167 provincial road for
Pettineo and 7 km further, follow signs to the homestead. 'Casa
Migliaca' is 7 km from Tusa station and 120 km from Palermo airport.
Buses for Pettineo stop outside the homestead.

Guests are put up in a building of architectural
value dating back to the 17`'' century. All the interiors date back
to that epoch, the floorings are made of ceramic tiles and fired
bricks, the ceilings are either in vaulted plaster or in wood. It
has 8 rooms, 4 doubles and 4 quadruples, 24 beds in total, all with
ensuite bathrooms and heating. The homestead is open all year round;
minimum stay in August is a week. The lounge is large and comfortable
and a hub of social activity.

Bowls and archery are available at the homestead.
'Casa Migliaca' organises guided walks and tours, visiting sites
of special interest, such as farms, monuments and woodlands. Moreover
one can relax back at the farm by listening to classical music or
flicking through books in the vast library, including many books
written in Sicilian.
The restaurant is for homestead guests only. The
cooking is vegetarian and made from organic ingredients. The dishes
are all flavoured with wild herbs and prepared according to traditional
Sicilian recipes.
The Madonie Regional Park with its villages rich
in history and tradition, is a few km away. Among them: Polizzi
Generosa where one can sample gastronomic delights and admire the
beautiful triptych from the Flemish school in the Main Church; Petralia
Sottana, a summer resort, surrounded by oaks and pines, whose churches
are full of art works and treasures; Petralia Soprana, with its
Baroque church of S. Maria di Loreto. There are lots of other villages
to visit along the Tyrrhenian coast, 4 km from the homestead, namely:
Santo Stefano di Camastra, a typical fishing village, where ceramics
have been made for centuries, and Cefalù, with its very famous beach
and majestic Cathedral. And nearby, the Nebrodi Regional Park, an
oasis of animal and plant species.
