A preciously cultivated green oasis: vineyards, olive, peach,
pear and pistachio trees plus a young forest characterise the
large `Feudo Tudia' homestead, featuring a swimming pool set in
an exotic smelling English lawn surrounded by a park. The farm
produces organic olive oil and pistachios. The homestead is framed
by large wheat and fodder fields, ever changing in colour.

The old farmhouse was built in 1843 and recently
restored. It has 6 apartments available, with TV set and telephone,
furnished with an elegant blend of old and new, all with independent
heating. The restaurant, with its high vaulted ceilings and large
stone arch, is a perfect setting for candlelit suppers.

A horse riding centre and a floodlit tennis court are 15 km away.
`Feudo Tudia' has an excellent range of typical dishes:
pasta with broccoli, spinach, pumpkin, aubergines, wild fennel,
sausage and ricotta, wild vegetables; followed by barbecued meat,
mixed pork roast, roast lamb, roast kid, free-range chicken or turkey;
for dessert, pies, fruit cake and `cannoli' with sweet ricotta.

of Caltanissetta, 25 km away. Mussomeli has numerous artistic treasures
and an imposing castle that overlooks huge valleys. Piazza Armerina
is 50 km away and Agrigento less than 80 km.
