Villa Maddalena is located on a pleasant hill not far away from Porto Palo. The building completly renovated and the intimate and familiar atmosphere are the essential ingredients for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The farm is wide-ranging for about 8 hectares, prevalently cultivated with vineyard, olive grove, artichokes and melons. All these natural fruit are employed to prepare the dishes that you can taste in the farm.

From Palermo: motorway Palermo-Mazara del Vallo exit Castelvetrano, follow the state road 115 direction Sciacca exit Menfi.
From Agrigento: state road 115 Siracusa exit Menfi, the nearest train station is the Castelvetrano one. Bus stop of the line Palermo-Menfi (Brand: Gallo).

The farm is open all the year. The guests are invited in confortable rooms with typical furniture, wooden ceiling and provided with all the conforts; the total accomodation is 20 beds. In the farm English and German are spoken.

The building is provided with one nice swimming pool located among the trees. During the Summer you can swim in a peculiar, suggestive and pleasant environment. Moreover, in the farm you can spend your time and enjoy playing table-tennis or, for the most keens, draughts or chess. Villa Maddalena has got even a bowls field.

The tastefull dishes that we propose are the typical ones of the place. We get them with genuine ingredients produced in the farm. Special dishes, ususally appreciated, are the appetizing omelettes with vegetables picked up in the near vegetable garden, the pesto prepared in accordance with an old recipe, delicious roulades of aubergines or courgettes, tomatoes and artichokes in oil, meat, chickens and rabbits reared in the farm.

The position of the farm is strategic for whom wants to visit the archaeological marvels of the place: in a few Km Selinunte with the archaelogical park (the biggest in Europe), Agrigento where you can admire the very famous Valle dei Templi and Segesta, place for one of the most beautiful Greek theatre. For the keens of the sea, 800 metres, and you can find Porto Palo which offers you kilometres of a wide, fine and golden beach. The estimators of the finest wine may have the opportunity to visit the very famous "Settesoli" cellars. Finally a natural attraction is the Foce del Belice: a reserve at 4 km.
