The farm, choosing typical dishes, allows
the guests to discover the most genuine gastronomic traditions of Madonie.
Special dishes, usualy appreciated, are fresh pasta with minced local
meat, wild herbs, nuts or with local French beans and ricotta, roast
with local meat, rabbit and chicken. To finish the fanciful gastronomical
travel there are the "crostate della nonna" prepared with antique recipes
which will make unforgettable the souvenir of the genuine, simple and
delicious food.
